PositionOverview

If you arean experienced Auto Body Technician that is looking for a team thatcares about your earning potential, Gerber offers you a stable workenvironment, paid training and the high performance equipment youneed to be successful. Auto Body Techniciansmake safe, quality automotive repairs happen by completing athorough repair plan for each vehicle, ensuring we follow allOEM/Industry Standard Guidelines. Gerber’s process, called the WOWOperating Way, will help improve your productivity, reduce stressand provide you with a more consistentpaycheck.

$28 - 35 /Hour

Flat RatePosition

JobResponsibilities

  • Participatein developing a proper repair plan for eachvehicle

  • Thoroughlydisassemble, repair, and reassemble eachvehicle

  • Repaircollision damaged vehicles according to OEM specifications andcompany standards, including Alldata, I-CAR, and the WOW OperatingWay

  • Attend/collaboratewith team during daily productionmeetings

  • Stayup to date with required  I-Car and Company SafetyTraining

  • Otherduties asassigned

PositionQualifications

  • 2-5+years of collision repairexperience

  • Abilityto demonstrate and properly complete light to heavyrepairs

  • Deliverhigh qualitywork 

  • Manageall vehiclesassigned

  • I-CARor ASE Certifications are abonus
