Associate Medical Director - PACE Program

Our groundbreaking PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program has revolutionized the way care is delivered to older adults, integrating medical, social, and long-term care services.

Position Overview:

As the Associate Medical Director, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight for a dedicated team of physicians and nurse practitioners.

You will collaborate closely with the Medical Director to ensure the highest quality of care for our PACE participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Clinical Care: Ensure alignment with program goals and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Medical Director: Review and improve clinical care activities and address program needs.
  • Participate in Strategy Meetings: Evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as Clinical Resource: Provide guidance to staff and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and procedures.
  • Foster Collaborative Environment: Maintain an active role in promoting a multidisciplinary team environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
