Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated SLPA to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year in Fayetteville, NC. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement individualized therapy plans and interventions.
  • Provide direct speech and language services to students with diverse communication needs.
  • Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student progress.
  • Monitor and document students' progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or relevant field.
  • Valid SLPA license in the state of North Carolina (NC).
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of various communication disorders and therapeutic techniques.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
