Rotating weekends and some night coverage.Job Summary:The Critical Care APP functions within the GSH Medical ICU areas and is an integral member of a multidisciplinary health care team. The APP functions primarily in managing critically ill adults and serves as a resource throughout UKHC for intensive care interventions.The Medical ICU APP functions primarily in managing critically ill adults and serves as a resource throughout UKHC for intensive care interventions. The APP is generally on a service-aligned team and manages the day-to-day care of critically ill patients while in the ICU.In some instances, the APP may have responsibilities for this same patient population as they return for follow-up in the outpatient setting.
