Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mammography Technologist for a travel assignment in Pompton Plains, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your expertise to a reputable healthcare facility while exploring a beautiful area of New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality mammograms in compliance with ACR standards and protocols.
  • Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality during imaging procedures.
  • Maintain and operate mammography equipment, ensuring regular quality checks.
  • Collaborate with radiologists to ensure diagnostic accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and comply with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • ARRT Certification in Mammography (required).
  • Valid New Jersey Radiologic Technologist License (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist.
  • Strong knowledge of mammographic positioning and techniques.
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills.
Assignment Details
  • Contract Length: 13-week travel assignment (with potential for extension).
  • Shift: Flexible shifts available; must be open to variable hours.
