Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Edison, NJ

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Caseload: Approximately 40 students on average

About Us: Soliant Educationis a leading provider of education and therapy services committed to fostering academic and personal growth for students. We are currently seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Edison, NJ.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' needs.
  • Provide therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New Jersey.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children with diverse communication needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
