**Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)**
**Job Description:**
As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Soliant Health, you will play a vital role in providing speech and language services to students within the St. Louis, MO area. You will work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and families to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, as well as provide support and resources to facilitate students' communication skills development.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
- Stay informed of best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of speech-language pathology
**Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Missouri
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for CCC
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
