Full Time M-F 7am - 4pm

Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints, work orders, and/or schematics to safely construct the specified structures.

• Confers with planning and design staff concerning products design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods

• Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

• Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential

• Coordinate required shutdowns and startups of equipment with other departments after sheet metal installation.

• Provides direction, development, and leadership to shop personnel

• Reads and analyzes charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports, in order to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Follow all company safety guidelines
Essential Functions Physical Requirements to do this job:

• Physical demands (lifting up to 25lbs) when needed

• Pushing up to 20lbs when needed

• Carrying up to 10lbs (distance) up to 2ft when needed

• Loading and unloading material when needed with forklift

• Walking about 75%

• Stationed about 20%

• Knelling, squatting, bending, when needed 5%

Qualifications:

• 3 Years Supervisor experience or related field/job experience

• Working knowledge of daily procedures of processing and the necessary equipment involved

• Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, Data Bases)

• Strong English Skills (read, write, and speak)

• 5 years of experience managing the process of bending and fabricating

• Experience managing a multi-shift operation.
