ICAM Engineer

 

Ractsol is seeking a cleared Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining and evolving our virtual and network prototype infrastructure. This dynamic role encompasses daily technical support, installation, maintenance, and optimization of software within a multi-vendor, multi-platform environment. This position is on site in Columbia MD. 

 

Position Responsibilities

 

  • Provide daily technical support for IAM tools and solutions.

  • Analyze system user requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.

  • Implement and administer IAM frameworks, including business processes, policies, and technologies.

  • Configure and manage IAM systems like Centrify, ADFS, VMware Workspace ONE, Okta, Ping Identity, Delinea, MFA, and SailPoint.

  • Utilize data security tools such as Fortra (Titus) and Bolden James.

  • installing, configuring, and administering the following technologies: Centrify, ADFS, VMware Workspace ONE, Okta, Ping Identity, Delinea, MFA, and SailPoint. Familiarity with data security tools such as Fortra (Titus), Bolden James, etc. 

 

Position Requirements 

 

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of systems engineering experience.

  • High school diploma or GED with 24+ years of general systems engineering experience.

  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of SSO, 2FA, MFA, PAM, and ICAM

  • Ability to perform tasks and solve complex technical challenges under limited supervision

 

Desired Skills

 

  • Familiarity with Ping and Delinea technologies

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Experience working in a dynamic lab environment

 

Clearance  Secret Clearance & TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
