Soliant has partnered with an infusion pharmacy in Ocala FL to find pharmacists with prior sterile-compounding experience.

Position: Infusion/IV Pharmacist
Location: Ocala, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM 4PM No Nights or Weekends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the infusion pharmacy, ensuring accurate compounding and dispensing of medications.
  • Utilize expertise in sterile compounding techniques, including aseptic manipulation in ISO 5 laminar hoods.
  • Review and verify compounding orders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Provide clinical oversight and consultation to healthcare providers regarding medication therapy management.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other staff to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
  • Active pharmacist license in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in infusion pharmacy or IV compounding.
  • Strong knowledge of sterile compounding principles and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
