Requirements:
  • IN License
  • 1.5+ years experience 
  • Skills: Circulate, Conscious Sedation required
  • ARRT or CCI
  • BLS

  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
  • Within 50 miles are accepted
