Easy Apply now by clicking the "Apply Now" button and sending us your resume.Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per yearA bit about us:We are a diverse engineering and consulting firm providing geotechnical and foundation engineering to design professionals, private developers and public agencies; Engineering services to design professionals, contractors, private developers and public agencies for retail buildings, residential developments, commercial buildings, industrial structures, urban/community development and public projects.We are a geotechnical engineering firm working in NJ, NY, CY, PAOur core services:1- Geotechnical investigation2- Stormwater management investigation3- Deep foundation design4- Slope stability analysis5- Rock fall protection design 6- Waterproofing design7- Support of excavation designs8- Underpinning designs9- Site soils improvement programs design.10- Etc. as it relates to geotechnical aspects of design11- Construction inspection only where we are the EOR and only for the above items12- Pre-construction conditions survey 13- Vibration and optical monitoringWe are a small firm about 22 engineers and we are well known in our areaWhy join us?Provide responsive and quality engineering consultant services to our clients, with the objective of developing long-term client relationships.Job DetailsKey Responsibilities: Conduct subsurface investigations, including fieldwork (drill borings, in-situ testing, sampling) and lab evaluation of soil and rock properties Perform geotechnical analyses and foundation design, addressing bearing capacity, settlement, slope stability, earth retention, underpinning, and deep foundations Provide value engineering support, offering cost-effective foundation alternatives and innovative design solutions Support construction monitoring, quality control and contractor liaison during site operations Prepare technical reports and design documentation, including boring logs, geotechnical reports, design recommendations, and contractor guidance Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: geologists, civil engineers, architects, developers, and public agency representatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s preferred); ability to pursue a Professional Engineer (PE) license Demonstrated technical expertise in geotechnical engineering, strong analytical and excellent written/verbal communication skills Willingness for field work and construction phase involvement, plus basic familiarity with geotechnical testing and analysis toolsInterested in hearing more?
