Ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the communication and language skills of our students? We're seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team. Position Overview:
As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll be instrumental in identifying and addressing speech and language disorders, ensuring our students thrive academically and socially. Collaborating closely with educators, parents, and fellow professionals, you'll develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
  • Design and execute individualized therapy programs for students facing speech and language challenges.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment by working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and specialists.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Track and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Contribute insights and expertise to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide valuable professional development and support to educators and staff on speech and language topics.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Wyoming state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
