Your Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Food and Beverage team, in the Flying Stag Pub at The Fife Arms Hotel. As a F&B Host, you will be working closely with our Pub Manager and team, serving lunch and dinner.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a similar level experience and a passion for excellent service and a desire to develop your skills whilst under the mentorship of our Pub Manager.

As a F&B Host, you will be responsible for:

• Hosting guests and making menu recommendations.
• Smooth and efficient running of service.
• Ensuring the restaurant is clean and presentable.
• Taking orders and delivering service as per SOPs.
• Reporting any issues to the Pub Manager.
• Working diligently to achieve outstanding service quality.
• Continually striving towards achievement and improvement.
• Assisting team or help with other duties when required.

You'll be surrounded by a team with a creative flair and a passion for fresh food and brilliant service with a desire to learn and grow. All striving to go beyond for guests, our team, and the community.

Our successful F&B Host will have:

• Proven experience from within a similar hospitality environment.
• The enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Initiative, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills.
• A willingness to work to the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.
