You’ll be the face of the Lumen brand - engaging with customers, showcasing wireless products, and driving sales in a highly-competitive setting. If you’re ready to represent cutting-edge telecom solutions and make every customer interaction count, this is your stage. Wireless Brand Ambassador Core Functions Engage customers in retail and event settings to promote wireless products and services Deliver compelling product presentations that convert interest into sales Build rapport and trust with potential clients to drive long-term brand loyalty Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lumen’s wireless offerings and promotions Hit daily and weekly sales targets with precision and enthusiasm Collaborate with team members to optimize outreach strategies Track customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately Represent PMI and Lumen with professionalism and brand integrity Wireless Brand Ambassador Essential Skills and Qualities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales experience preferred, especially in telecom or retail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Tech-savvy with a quick grasp of wireless products and features Comfortable working in dynamic, customer-facing environments Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
