Speech Language Pathologist

Position Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Shoreline, WA for the remainder of the school year. This position is open to both Clinical Fellows (CF) and those holding CCC certification. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced professional, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive school setting, helping students with speech and language development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services as part of students Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessments and student needs.
• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions to support speech and language goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure holistic support for students.
• Document and track student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
• Comply with district policies, ethical guidelines, and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Washington state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Clinical Fellows (CF) and Certified Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC) are both encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
