Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Vista, California. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will have a passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide direct therapy services to individuals of all ages.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including educators, healthcare providers, and families, to support client progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
  • Educate clients and their families on communication strategies and techniques.
Qualifications:
  • Must hold a current SLP or SLPA license in the state of California.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting is preferred but not required.
