Soliant is in search of an accomplished Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our vibrant team within the school setting. As an SLP with us, you'll have the chance to profoundly impact individuals dealing with communication and swallowing challenges.

Role Overview:

Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Employment Type: Full-time or part-time
Duration: Full School Year 2024-2025
Location: Paramount, CA

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose communication and swallowing disorders.
Craft personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, student objectives, and proven methodologies.
Administer therapeutic interventions encompassing speech and language therapy, voice therapy, fluency therapy, and swallowing therapy.
Employ diverse techniques and tools to enhance communication abilities, refine speech articulation, and foster language comprehension and expression.
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to provide comprehensive support to students with communication challenges.
Regularly track and document progress, adapt treatment strategies as necessary, and continuously evaluate outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure.
Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is advantageous.
Prior experience working with varied demographics and age ranges is highly valued.
Proficiency in assessment tools, therapeutic methodologies, and evidence-based approaches in speech-language pathology.
