At MU, the Residence Hall Director performs a variety of support for individual students as well as for the Office of Residential Life as a whole. The hall director will provide this support through supervising residence hall(s) and resident assistants, serving on an on-call duty rotation, participating on various committees, and executing collateral projects. They will also serve as a success advisor.
