Emergency Medicine physician employment in Virginia : Locums Fredericksburg, Virginia, Emergency Medicine Opening
  • Clinical Role:

    • Duration: 3 Months
    • Projecting 8,500 Anticipated ER visits year 1, approximately 23 visits per day
    • 24 hours of Physician Coverage. 7 am and 7 pm shift change
    • We will consistently look at flow and make coverage adjustments/increases as necessary
    • 10,000 square feet
    • Fully equipped Trauma Bay
    • Separate adult and pediatric waiting area
    • 11 private treatment rooms
    • State of the art imaging, including CT, Ultrasound, and Radiology
    • Ambulance bay for EMS access
    • Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus with seamless care handoff to our excellent intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists
    • There are additional opportunities to work at the main campus
    • Must be BC/BE via the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM). ABPS EM boarded candidates are welcome
