We're a thriving educational institution situated in Windsor Park, SC, dedicated to providing exceptional learning experiences for our students. In our unwavering commitment to student well-being and success, we're seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team for the upcoming 2024/2025 school year. This full-time position involves working with a caseload of 30 students.

**Position Overview:**
As a Full-Time Occupational Therapist within our school, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students' functional abilities and participation. Working closely with educators, support staff, and families, you'll assess students' needs, devise individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to help students achieve their academic and developmental goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address students' unique needs and foster independence in academic and functional tasks.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services, focusing on improving fine motor coordination, visual-motor integration, handwriting, and self-care skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and classroom activities.
- Monitor students' progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and regularly communicate with parents/guardians regarding students' goals and achievements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant records in accordance with school policies and regulations.

**Qualifications:**
- Hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Possess a valid Occupational Therapy license in South Carolina.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Capability to manage a caseload of 30 students efficiently.

**Schedule:**
- Hours: 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM daily
- Full-time position for the duration of the school year (2024/2025)
