Job title: Data Engineer
Work type: Long-term contract
Location: Hybrid 3x/week | Nashville
Must haves:
  • 10+ years in database development, specializing in Oracle/PLSQL.
  • Proficient in SQL (joins, queries, select statements).
  • Skilled in ETL using external tables, UTL_FILE, and SQL Loader.
  • Experienced in Linux shell scripting.
Scope:
  • Involved in a overhaul transitioning to AWS and Azure with their external-facing web apps.
  • Design and develop modules for the proprietary Oracle-based application.
  • Work in one-month sprints with biweekly planning, refinement, and developer roundtable sessions, plus ad hoc one-on-ones as needed.

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
