We are committed to producing high-quality products with a focus on operational excellence, food safety, and employee development, fostering an environment where teamwork and continuous improvement thrive.Why join us? 401(k) with Generous Match Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Collaborative Work Environment: Join a supportive and engaged production leadership team Work-Life Balance: Structured schedules to promote both operational efficiency and personal timeJob DetailsSchedule: 1st shift (5:30am start - End times could vary ), M-F, with occasional Saturdays or as needed. 2nd Shift (2nd shift 3:15pm -End time could vary) 8-hour shifts are typicalKey Responsibilities and Duties Supervise day-to-day production operations, including yield, scheduling, and quality targets Lead training, coaching, and performance management for production staff Ensure compliance with USDA regulations, HACCP, and company policies Partner with HR on recruitment, development, and retention initiatives Drive continuous improvement in yields, efficiency, and safety Conduct floor inspections to identify and correct unsafe practices Maintain and control departmental supplies, tools, and equipment Complete production documentation, quality reports, and corrective actions Act as a technical resource for troubleshooting production and quality issues________________________________________Qualifications – Needed: Bachelor’s degree in operations or management, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 3 years progressive leadership experience in commercial food operations (protein industry preferred) Strong background in USDA compliance, HACCP, and plant efficiency optimization Proven ability to train, develop, and retain staff while driving operational excellence Proficient in MS Office Suite and industry reporting systems Bilingual English/Spanish preferredInterested in hearing more?
