Yard Cleaner The Yard Cleaner/Groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the property are maintained by cleaning the grounds of the property throughout the day. Responsibilities Picks up trash on the property and in common areas, which includes but is not limited to driveways, parking lots, curbs, trash receptacle areas, exterior and any public areas. Ensure the dumpster area is emptied and kept clean. Walks the property several times a day to pick up debris. Communicate with the supervisor regarding the status of work and any potential issues. Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts Maintenance to items that need to be repaired. Attendance is imperative and this position will be required to maintain regular onsite hours Other duties as assigned. Practice safe working habits and ensure proper PPE is being used (Steel Toed Boots, Safety Vest, Safety Glasses & Gloves) Requirements: Previous groundskeeping experience is preferred Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance Ability to work outside in different elements Ability to walk for the entirety of your shift Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively Knowledgeable in safe use of hand tools and other yard cleaning equipment Everify Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm $15.00/hr.
