- Partner with operational leaders to manage budget-to-actual performance, offering insights to improve budgeting processes and financial outcomes.
- Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and post-acquisition integration planning.
- Research market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership for growth opportunities.
- Proactively identify process improvements and opportunities for increased efficiency in reporting, forecasting, and planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ad hoc analyses and special projects.
- Take initiative on key projects, independently driving tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
- Support dashboard creation and data visualization management to effectively communicate financial results and KPIs (nice to have).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles.
- Advanced financial modeling experience, including scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, “what-if” analysis, and data visualization including building dashboards skills.
- Strong budgeting experience, including leading annual budget processes and managing budget-to-actual reporting.
- Excellent Excel skills with the ability to develop dynamic and complex models.
- Experience supporting M&A processes, including financial due diligence and valuation modeling, is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation
- Comprehensive healthcare benefits
- 401(k) retirement plan with company match
- Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making processes
