This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a service-oriented environment and enjoys creating a welcoming, secure, and well-organized atmosphere.Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Provide accurate information about the property and community services, following provided scripts when applicable. Coordinate resident requests, including maintenance scheduling and package handling. Monitor building access and uphold security protocols. Manage amenity reservations and enforce building policies. Maintain cleanliness and order in the front desk, lobby, and community spaces. Support community events and breakfasts, including setup and cleanup. Perform light cleaning duties as needed (e.g., tidying amenity rooms, emptying trash). Log daily activities and incidents using Building Links and shift logs. Communicate promptly with the Community Manager to address urgent matters. Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times. Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones and maintaining records.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain composed under pressure.
