Join a growing practice at our beautiful facility located on the campus of Banner Ironwood Medical Center. The clinic is currently focused on primary care services with chronic disease management, Medicare wellness, physicals, well-child examinations, acute care visits and minor in-office procedures. Mon-Fri with limited call (phone call consult only)Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support providedClinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interestQualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal MedicinePrefer to see all agesPatient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environmentHHS Waiver EligibleBanner Health's total compensation package includes: Salary base plus incentivesStarting bonus & relocation assistancePSLF and loan repayment of up to $100kPaid CME and malpracticeExcellent benefit package options that provide security for you and your familyBanner Ironwood Medical Center (BIMC) - San Tan Valley is in northern Pinal County just east of Queen Creek, has a combined population of 100,000 plus residents and growing.
