JOB DESCRIPTION:

Function as a member of the full-time faculty of the Department of Urology reporting directly to the Chairman with the following responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

• Function as an attending physician primarily at Jackson South but may also train at Jackson Memorial Hospital. They will be responsible for the coverage of inpatient and outpatient cases as well as outpatient clinics in an ambulatory care environment.

• Provide general urology in-patient consultations as required.

• Provide emergency on-call coverage for Urology services.

• Provide outpatient clinic duties as needed.

Fellowship Training:

• Non-accredited training curriculum.

• Fellowship program certification issued upon completion.

Requirements:

M.D. from accredited medical school, completion of approved urology residency training program, licensed or eligible for Florida license to practice medicine, board-certified/board-eligible in urology.
