Specialty HIV/AIDS Pharmacy Manager
Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL
About Us: We are a neighborhood retail specialty pharmacy with a focus on HIV/AIDS drug dispensing. Committed to providing exceptional care and support to our patients, we pride ourselves on our dedication to this sensitive patient population.
Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong prior experience in HIV/AIDS care. It is essential that candidates possess prior managerial experience and demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique needs of this patient demographic.
Client Values: Our client holds paramount importance in high-quality patient care and support, effective teamwork and communication, strong collaboration with healthcare providers, punctuality and reliability, proactive engagement in pharmacy duties, and maintaining a positive attitude.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Saturday: 8:30 am - 2:00 pm
About the Site: Our pharmacy boasts a dedicated team of technicians and pharmacists who take pride in their work. The environment fosters collaboration and support, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Software Experience: Preference is given to candidates with experience using QS1 software, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
Additional Criteria: In addition to prior HIV/AIDS care experience and managerial skills, candidates must possess pharmacy operations experience, including familiarity with regulations from the Board of Pharmacy (BOP), DEA, and other governing bodies. Leadership qualities, strong planning abilities, accountability, analytical skills, and the capacity to problem-solve are highly valued. Comfort working in a diverse environment is essential for success in this role.
