Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an essential member of our educational community, you will play a crucial role in supporting the communication and language development of our elementary school students. Through collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals, you will identify and address speech and language disorders, ensuring that every student can thrive academically and socially.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders in elementary school students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each student facing speech and language challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Provide direct therapy services to elementary school students, both individually and in group settings, to improve their communication skills.
- Monitor and document student progress regularly, adjusting intervention plans as necessary to maximize student success.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
- Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics to enhance their ability to support student needs.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Possess a valid SC license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Hold the esteemed ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Valid SC EducatorCertification
