Accounts Receivable Job Details:
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $23 to 25/hr
  • DIRECT HIRE - no contract time to start
     
Accounts Receivable Job Description Include• Daily invoicing of company sales
• Daily check deposits
• Daily review of aging reports and contact with customers that have past due balances
• Provide customer service regarding payments issues, refunds and collection resolutions
• Process and review account adjustments, resolve account discrepancies and short payments
• Submit collection notices and payment reminders to customers with overdue accounts

Accounts Receivable Job Requirements:
  • Previous AR experience
  • Strong customer service and phone skills
