### Job Description

Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in Berkeley, CA for the 2024-2025 school year. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse student population in a dynamic and supportive school environment.

### Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language impairments.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on assessment results.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.

### Qualifications

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current California state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
