Preparing and consolidating financial statements2. Analyzing and reconciling accounts3. Conducting variance analysis and produce ad hoc reports4. Ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal company policies5. Assisting with annual audits6. Streamlining and improving financial systems and processes7. Providing financial analysis and forecasting8. Supporting budgeting and reporting9. Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and corporate reporting requirements10. Collaborating with other departments and team members to support overall goals and objectivesQualifications:To be considered for this role, you will need:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field2. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred)3. CPA certification is highly desirable4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel5. Strong experience in account reconciliation and financial statement preparation6. Knowledge and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)7. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal10.
