THE WORK

As a Subcontract Manager supporting the IWSS and SSDS programs, you will play a pivotal role in our subcontract management team. You will be responsible for overseeing significant software subcontracts as well as various service-based subcontracts. Your work will involve close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring quick decision-making and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Basic Qualifications:
* strong project management and administrative skills and ability to execute complex projects
* proven problem solving and negotiation skills
* Bachelors degree with 4+ years of experience, or equivalent experience
• Procurement experience
• FAR / DFAR contracting experience
• working knowledge of various contracting types
(Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, Incentive Fee, Award
Fee, T&M, etc.,.)
* Ability to obtain and maintain an active security clearance
* Willing to support on site work at Moorestown, NJ facility
Desired Skills:
* Administrative roles, experience in leading major
Subcontracts and leading or member of Subcontract
Management Teams.
* EVMS certified and proven experience
* Ability to manage SDRL's (Subcontract Data
Required Line Items)
* Experience in supporting Prime Contract proposal
teams
* Ability to analyze proposals to verify accuracy,
completeness and compliance
* LM's CAM and Green Belt experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
