Soliant Education is currently seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a dynamic team in the Santa Rosa, CA area. This position is full-time, on-site, serving students from K-12th grade for the 2024-2025 school year.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct instruction and support in accordance with students' IEP goals.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and other specialists to ensure inclusive education practices.
- Assess students' progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided.
Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching credential/license in California.
