Contract Type: Full-Time, Full Year, Hourly Rate through Soliant Education

About Us:

Soliant Education connects skilled professionals with schools to improve student outcomes. Were seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a contract position in Northampton, MA. This role is offered at an hourly rate and involves working directly with students to support their development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students occupational therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff.
  • Track and document student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts.
  • NBCOT certification preferred.
  • Experience with school-aged children is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
