Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a 

Travel - CT Tech 

Shift: 

Mid, 10a-10p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

On call required as needed - 7:30p-6a

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years experience
• First Time Travelers Accepted
• CT experience: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Brain Perfusion, CT Arthrography, CTAs
• BLS
• ARRT

• Effective 9/1, the COVID vaccine is required for all travelers. Declinations will not be accepted, however medical or religious exemptions will be accepted with a doctors note provided
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

Position will need to cover both CT and Xray, Saturday & Sunday 10 am-10pm.
**Prescreening Question: Is traveler okay with working both CT and Xray?**

If holidays fall during a travelers contract, they will be expected to work 2/3 of the holidays.
First Time Travelers Accepted

*** Call-Ins: If a traveler call-ins for a contracted shift, the traveler is expected to 1) make up the day during the pay period, if a 0.9 FTE. OR 2) if a 0.9 FTE and unable to make up during the pay period, then the shift will be added at the end of the traveler contract 3) If a 1.2 FTE, any call-in shifts will be added to the end of the contract

Certification Requirements: BCLS and ARRT required; IN license required
