Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to our clients who are primarily in the insurance industry.2. Handle a caseload involving insurance defense litigation, ensuring all cases are managed effectively and efficiently.3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues and precedents related to insurance defense.4. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments in their defense.5. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to strategize and prepare for trials.6. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.7. A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defense.3. An active license to practice law in the state.4. Proven experience in handling insurance defense cases and representing clients in court.5. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.6.
