Position:
The College of Education invites applications for a non-tenure track, 9-month lecturer / supervisor position in the Department of Elementary Education beginning August 2024.

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate degree in elementary education or related field; expertise in curriculum, instruction, and supervision and a strong commitment to the teaching and mentoring of preservice teachers. Leadership skills to collaborate with faculty and professional development partners. Minimum of 3 years (1st to 6th grades) teaching experience in public schools. Experience with multilingual learners. Commitment to collaboration with public schools.

Responsibilities:
Faculty will be assigned the standard instructional workload of 12 credit course load each semester of undergraduate courses. Arrange internships and supervise interns in schools in different counties. Collaborate with partnership schools and agencies in the surrounding communities. Courses may include curriculum, assessment, and/or literacy.
