Summary

A full time Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) will assist with programmatic work under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide oversight and supervision to line technicians within the Tulane Center for Autism and Related Disorders (TCARD). The position includes assisting with recruitment and on-boarding of Registered Line Technicians (RLT), developing and providing training for RLTs and parents, supervising RLTs as they implement the ABA treatment protocol, helping with special programming within the clinic, and offering educational opportunities within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences as requested.

Required Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree in education with focus on behavior analysis or related field (e.g., psychology, education, speech/language pathology)2.1+ year(s) experience implementing ABA programs for children and adults with disabilities3.Board certification or board certification-eligible for assistant behavior analyst position through BACB4.Current LaBAA SCABA license (or license eligible) in good standing
