You’ll work closely with Finance leadership, handling transactional and reconciliatory tasks while supporting a wide range of accounting functions.What You’ll Do:Provide day-to-day accounting support including reconciliations, reporting, and data managementAssist with month-end processes, accruals, prepaids, and financial statement preparationWork across departments to ensure accurate and timely financial informationManage and manipulate large data sets to support financial analysis and reportingWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field2+ years of hands-on accounting experienceIntermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables)Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalismExcellent communication skills and a team-first mindsetBonus Points:Experience with project accountingA passion for continuous learning and process improvementAdditional Requirements:Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screenInterested in hearing more?
