Emergency Medical Technician(EMT)

Starting Compensation : $17.67+ perhour
We're hiringEmergency Medical Technicians (EMTs)that will respond to emergency and non-emergencyrequests for medical assistance and deliver high-quality care,treatment and customer service topatients.
Responsibilities:
- EMTsprovide an assessment of patients, determine necessary care anddeliver emergency services by utilizing appropriate medicaltechniques and equipment.
- Document patientinformation, condition and treatment while maintainingconfidentiality and patient rights.
- Takepride in providing a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment forpatients.
- Use appropriate EMT skills toprovide care including communications, medical equipment, cleaningprocedures, office equipment and tools.
- EMTsoperate an ambulance in conjunction with applicable company safetypolicies, and traffic laws related to the operation of emergencymedical response vehicles.
- Workcollaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied healthand public safety personnel as well as your fellow EMTs.
OtherResponsibilities:
- Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image andestablish strong community relations.
Minimum RequiredQualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent(GED)
- State Driver's License
- National or State EMT certification
- CPR/BLS certifications
- Driving record in compliance with company policy
- Pass Physical Agility Test
- Some work experience, preferably inhealthcare
