The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for performing inspections, tests and analysis to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Pay Rate: $17.00 / hour Duties: Proven experience in Quality control or inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing experience.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections and recording data.Excellent problem -solving skills with the ability to identify and address the quality issues in a timely manner.Good communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations, such as IATF16949:2016/ISO 9001.Conduct inspection and test on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.Perform dimensional, visual and functional inspections using various measuring tools and equipment.. Position Requirements: Record and analyze and test data, identifying trends, patterns and areas of improvement, investigate non conformances and deviations from quality standards, collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify root cause and implement corrective actions.Maintain accurate documentation of inspecting and test results, including inspections reports, test logs and quality records.Participate in internal and external audits, providing support and documentation.Provide training and support to production personnel on quality-related processes and producers.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, process, efficiency and customer satisfaction.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
