Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide services to students in a school setting. The OT will assess and address students' fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills, supporting their ability to succeed in the classroom and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' functional abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support students' needs
  • Track and document progress and adjust treatment as needed

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in TX
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
