This is a KEY CONTRIBUTOR role where you'll be part of meetings with leadership including the President to understand company goals, prioritize projects, define KPIs, and discuss customer needs in a collaborative environment where there are no walls between departments. Own and lead continuous improvement initiatives, plan and facilitate Kaizen events, and provide hands-on support on the production floor to troubleshoot and resolve process or assembly issues with custom made-to-order assembly.
