Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Health Room RN to join a school in the Caledonia, WI area. This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of middle school and high school students.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medication administration and management within the school setting.
- Develop and implement individualized health plans for students with specific medical needs.
- Collaborate with school staff and healthcare professionals to ensure the overall well-being of students.
- Attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings as needed to provide input on healthcare-related matters.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
- Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred but not required.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, families, and staff members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
Position Details:
- Full-time position available immediately through the end of the school year.
- Work hours: 7-8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
