Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am - 1:15 pm

Assignment Type: Summer Assignment

Position Type: 1:1 Nursing

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed in CT

Soliant Education is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a summer assignment in the Cornwall, CT area. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students during the summer months.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 nursing care to students as needed.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and school policies.
  • Monitor student health and respond to medical emergencies as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers regarding student health needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for students.

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license in the state of Connecticut.
  • Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric nursing preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
