About The Position
Physical Therapist- Days- Crossroads
Length of contract: 13 weeks
Start date: ASAP
Location: Crossroads Community Hospital Mt. Vernon, IL
Shift/hours: 40 hrs per week 8 hrs per day 8-4:30 M, W, F, 9-5:30 T, Th. Hours can be flexible as needed.
Hours/week guaranteed: 40 per week
Float Requirements: N/A
On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: on call every 3rd Saturday for inpatient evaluations
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: IL PT license, American Heart Assoc. BLS Healthcare Provider CPR, proof of PT Degree from accredited school.
Minimum Experience Required: 1 year preferred
Charting Experience Required: N/A
Required Skillset: inpatient, outpatient
Additional Skillset:
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): float between inpatient and outpatient setting. 50% outpatient including neuro, ortho, sports medicine, vestibular. 50% inpatient including total joints, generalized weakness, med surg floor. We see a wide variety of diagnoses and provided 1 on 1 treatments.
Scrub Colors: professional clothing - may wear scrub pants with collared shirt.
Covid Vaccine required- unless medical or religious declination is applicable
GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
