About the Position: As a Speech-Language Pathologist in Farmington, NM, you'll play a crucial role in assessing and treating communication disorders in our diverse student population. This position offers flexibility and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and student needs.
  • Provide speech therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Document therapy sessions and student progress accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and professional development activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in New Mexico.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
  • Strong understanding of speech therapy principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Dedication to meeting the diverse needs of students.
