Position: Sr. Application Engineer

Location: Onsite in Brentwood, TN – 4 days per week

Pay Rate: $43/HR 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial for designing, developing, testing, and deploying business intelligence solutions across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional business teams and leverage tools such as MicroStrategy, Teradata, and other database platforms. Responsibilities include application creation, administrative tasks, and developing dashboards and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management: Design, build, deploy, and maintain relational and multidimensional databases to support end-user processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business customers, department heads, and project teams to ensure effective application design and implementation.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Support and develop expertise in internally developed applications.
  • Application Design: Lead application design efforts to ensure alignment with business needs and goals.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • SQL Expertise: Strong experience in SQL query and database development.
  • Data Management: Experience managing healthcare or financial data.
  • Independence & Collaboration: Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with teams.
